This issue is not specific to Windows 7. It happens on Windows 10 too.
One can reproduce it on: w7u-de, w7u-es, w7u-pt-PT, w10pro64-de, w10pro64-fr,
w10pro64-pt-BR, w10pro64-pt-PT.

Note that not all locales have the issue. It probably just depends on whether
the style names have been localized or not. So maybe the right thing to do is
to just skip these tests in non-English locales. Or maybe test that the style
names are translated in a couple of select locales just to show it may happen.
