I used

to test this bug with wine-7.1. I tested in a 32bit prefix set to winxp. The
program itself installed fine, but it crashes when trying to close. When I then
used the steps from the OP, I could open ManyCam.xml just fine.

I'm going to close this ABANDONED, since I can't be sure that it's the same
version and other people only used a newer download that didn't even install.
