NCryptOpenStorageProvider has been improved in

and the installer finally works since
https://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/commit/12cb5d2efedebe1594a7fd8cb6fb4cad804f20fa.

"winetricks -q dotnet472 arial d3dcompiler_47" is still needed.
