This has been figured out to be an issue with ncrypt. Santino Mazza has
committed several ncrypt fixes including an "SUCCESS stub" workaround that
helps get past the verification of ncrypt signatures.

Actual implementation of ncrypt verification would be nice, but this will do
for now. The remaining issues appear to be the same ones that have appeared
since the initial WineHQ reports (installation fails at Team Helper, IDE still
fails to run due to an exception), although I don't seem to get any "invalid
ACL" issues anymore.
