[Bug 48113] The -mno-cygwin option should be abandoned.

After applying the fix [1] inspired by the earlier one from Alexandre [2], I
get the same error as Carlo:

As `-municode` gets passed through to gcc, it's a bug in winegcc judging by
Alexandre in comment #3 circa 2019-11-16:
