Patch to easily test the issue

When using iexplore.exe to open a website, it will issue a security prompt when
visiting a site with invalid SSL certificate. Then you can choose "Yes" to
proceeed or "No" to stay.
When the certificate is invalid due to an unknown algorithm, iexplore will load
the site when when pressing "No".

Attaching a patch to easily reproduce the issue. Should work on the default
website, "https://winehq.org".
Just apply the patch and press no, the site should not load.
