This is an issue in all games, but in portal 2 in particular, something strange
happens. shooting the portal gun results in correct vibration, but other
background things moving and stuff causes smaller vibrations that come out
wrong. I am guessing the smaller vibration motor of the 2 vibration motors in
the xbox one controller is being "emulated" wrong.
