Huw, thanks that works for me. I'm so grateful you've managed to do this in
time for the 7 release!

I can now print to PDF again. I've messaged Frank to see if he can test it too
because he had it printing from his actual printer which doesn't work for me.
I'll let you know what he says. From my point of view that patch fixes the
regression. 

I could open up another bug to track the missing characters in the footers and
printing to my hp officejet 8600?
