The prerequisites list at least improved, but the buttons are still the same
with wine-7.0-rc4-38-gf9f4ee1b588.

There are a lot of msxml errors, but winetricks msxml3 doesn't help. winetricks
ie8 makes the setup crash on start.

Adding stable download that matches Comment #1.
