I thought windows_names fixed the case sensitivity problems I had but no, it
works from time to time regardless of that option and apparently, that option
has nothing to do with case sensitivity but whether to restrict file names that
aren't allowed by Windows (ex: NTFS allows colon iirc but not Windows)
