Thanks, nice catch!

This is actually happening not when buttons are released at the exact same time
but when they are very close to each other, and where dinput HID joystick can
read and process multiple reports at once. The more buttons are pressed, and
released, the more likely it is to happen.

I send a patch which should fix this.
