This commit: b92b6c29298805abd18a3c7ea0f7905099af572d
apparently also fixes another application, Teamviewer ( i tested v15) (for
which there`s a dozen bugzilla entries...)

I checked, and before the commit it just hangs at start, after the commit it
starts fine, and shows ui , though it`s a bit slow, but one can interact with
it. Didn`t test any further;  but nicely done Stefan!
