Trackmania in Ubisoft Connect free games section.

The game shows up in the free games section for me (the red highlight in the
attachment picture is from me).

My experience with wine-staging 6.23 is similar to comment 5:
- No crash in menu;
- Crash in a DXGI-related hook when starting circuit #1 in training mode.

Did OP test in a new wineprefix?
