Hi, thanks for bugreport.

Though I didn`t try the exact steps you provided, I can confirm this is in fact
a problem with _any_ .Net Core 6 64-bit simple task/program you try to run
(32-bit works ok)

I earlier tried to find the cause but couldn`t find it. Hopefully someone more
proficient could have a look at this.
