[Bug 17368] shell zip folder management is missing

I wrote a little test case for this, which seems to do the same thing as
Anastasius' script. 

The reason why zips can't be viewed as folders is because it doesn't seem to be
implemented. My test case ultimately calls SHELL32_BindToChild, that rejects
binding to files, which in case of a zip file seems to be wrong behavior?
