Arch PKGBUILD File for Wine 7.0 Release

Using the default Arch makepkg flags (from /etc/makepkg.conf - by default this
uses GCC), using this example PKGBUILD fails to link a few things in the 32-bit
part of a WoW64 build thereby preventing compilation.

This also occurs if compiling with mingw is enabled, so that doesn't work
either.

The error messages are all variations of:
". . . without base register can not be used when making a shared object"
