Winecfg error output

I am running Arch Linux and had wine running perfectly prior to about 7.0-rc3
but after an update assumedly, no wine program will run on my system.
Installing wine 6.16 makes it work perfectly but anything after breaks. To
verify, I built wine from the source and still get this problem with 7.0. The
problem goes away if I specify WINEARCH=32 when running a wine program.
Winetricks completely fails to initialize getting stuck on mkdir -p
/home/user/.wine with the wine debugger failing to load also. Winecfg spits out
an error after creating the prefix but stalls indefinitely. Wineboot suffers
the exact same problem as winecfg.
