That's a problem with the packages from that repository. Report it to the PPA 
maintainer.

WineHQ packages are built against dependencies provided by the main and
universe repositories, and that is the only configuration supported. Apt
requires the i386 version to match the amd64 version, so your choice is to
either downgrade sane to the official distro version or find an installable
i386 sane package whose version matches your amd64 sane package.

Required dependencies are generated automatically by dpkg-shlibdeps during the
packaging process. We are not going to stop building our packages with sane
support.
