I can't reproduce the issue with the floating notes. When the "sticky" button
is pressed to create a floating note (yellow, red ...) I create notes for each
opened project. The notes for each project are shown when being focused. The
non-focused project notes get hidden by design.

Same for the the additional garbage rendered/ghosted windows per project: I
don't see them here (xfce4). Please retest and if still present decide for
*one* issue. Bugs with multiple issues are bad.
