It looks like this bug is now evolved into a d3dcompiler-issue

I tested current version

Only needed 'winetricks arial' to get it installed and running to load
webpages.

When you explicitely set  d3dcompiler_47 to builtin issues appear, see
screenshot

I think for now setting component d3dcompiler, or resolve as fixed as many
issues seem to be fixed ?
