Looks like Fetion was killed by China Mobile for a while. I think it is fine to
close this bug now.

And the current Wine has implemented windowless rich editor support for
IRichEditOle, the original issue may be fixed already. Anyway, since we don't
have a way to verify it, let's just close it as ABANDONED.
