[Bug 53349] Sigma Data Center fails to sync with Sigma Cloud

I successfully built wine from the git version. I used the -m32 flag mentioned
in the Regression Testing document although I think my normal version from arch
linux is a 64 bit version.

Anyway built successfully. Then I installed the Data Center software and tried
to access the Sigma Cloud and it allowed me to log in and started to download
all the history.
This was done with the normal 7.11 wine from arch linux u8ninstalled so the
only wine I had running was my git compiled version.

Then re-installed the 7.12 version from Arch Linux and there was the problem to
access the Sigma Cloud. Then back to 7.11 and everything works okay again.

So it looks like one of the commits in the git repository after version 7.12
was released has resolved the problem, intentionally or otherwise.

I will stay running with 7.11 and when the next version, probably 7.13 is
released I will give that a test. If that then works then I would close this
bug.
