It doesn`t say it is unable to install .net, just that it cannot execute that
mentioned file.

Another simple way to get rid of this messagebox is to copy some stub program
to that file with that name e.g.

cp -rf ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/Microsoft.NET/Framework/v4.0.30319/ngen.exe
~/.wine/drive_c/windows/Microsoft.NET/Framework/v2.0.50727/InstallUtil.exe

Maybe Mono should provide simple stub program for it; Esme will know more about
