So I realized that in Tumbleweed, a "native" packet exist for Steam:
https://software.opensuse.org/package/steam

So I installed it with:
"su -
zypper install steam"
depending on the way the OS was installed it could be:
"sudo zypper install steam"
got:
...
(95/98) Installing: pipewire-modules-0_3-32bit-0.3.51-1.2.x86_64
.........[done]
(96/98) Installing: pipewire-spa-plugins-0_2-32bit-0.3.51-1.2.x86_64
.....[done]
(97/98) Installing: steam-1.0.0.74-5.1.x86_64
............................[done]
(98/98) Installing: steam-devices-1.0.0.74-5.1.x86_64
....................[done]
localhost:~ # logout

No flickering with that version in the Steam Browser.
Re-Downloading my game.
