I've straced this issue, and it seemed to stem from case sensitivity in my
filesystem. Moving .wine into a casefolding-enabled ext4 partition and setting
the folding attribute on it (specifically '.wine/dosdevices/c:/Program
Files/Siemens/Solid Edge 2022/Template/') didn't appear to solve the issue,
though...
