hack for netapi32

When I tried today got yet another crash coming from netapi32, didn`t see that
yesterday, strange...

By disabling netapi32, or applying stupid hack from attachment this can be
worked around.

Anyway, seems to be yet more bugs then.

I`ve send patch for 1st bug, and will send for 2nd (wbemprox) to wine-devel
