The game is running again as of wine-7.10 and wine-7.11 in DX9 mode only. (Both
32bit native and WoW64.)

DX11 mode now generates an unimplemented function call
(d3dx11_42.dll.D3DX11LoadTextureFromTexture) on init with wineD3D and dxvk.
(Both 32bit native and WoW64.)
