Creating a new Wine prefix/directory can help in many cases. You should also do
this according to the bug report guides.

About "xxxx:err:module:load_apiset_dll failed to load apiset: c0000482": I
don't know if I got this but I think it's more likely that you get this if some
dll's aren't available.

I also used Ubuntu 21.10 to test this.
