QuickPar.exe run from terminal:Wine 7.4

I don't think there is much help for the issue when running from terminal. I
have posted an example of a simple, multi-part .pdf of instructions for an
icemaker installation. It is at the following url, if you care to have a look:

Via par2cmdline:
par2 repair Kitchen_Install_Requirements.pdf.7z.par2

All files are correct, repair is not required.
