How are you running wine? Because if you are using a regular install, the
instructions I linked should work.

What command are you passing to wit.exe to reproduce this issue?

Please have a look at <https://wiki.winehq.org/Bugs#How_to_report>, because
right now there is almost nothing to work with here.
