[Bug 52683] Nothing happens when running KakaoTalk

Confirmed locally on both Wine 7.4-staging and Wine 7.4 (no staging), but not
on latest master branch.  I'll investigate this matter.

Thank you both for your effort on collecting logs.  Next time, though, please
make sure that you don't run wine with sudo.  Not only is Wine not intended to
work with root privileges (it's unsafe for you!), but you also don't have
KakaoTalk installed on the wineprefix of your root user (/root/.wine), which
means Wine couldn't even locate the KakaoTalk installation at all.
