[Bug 52667] DTS Master Audio Suite Encoder - can not select a save to file location so will not encode

As I said in my previous post I changed the wine prefix to no theme. I then
restarted my PC and opened DTS in the normal way through my quick launcher and
then via the terminal. Both results were the same- not able to select or type
in a save location.

For info, clicking the "Save To" button should bring up a new window with the
previously saved to location already selected. After the restart I did another
winecfg to check that no theme was selected and it was. There were no other
changes you suggested.
