Functionality still not restored in desmume 0.9.11 as for now.

Workaround: Change Keybinds in desmume.ini by looking up key codes
(https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/inputdev/virtual-key-codes),
converting them to decimal and entering them in .ini

I don't know much about Wine and .dll handling but to me it seems odd that
desmume tries to access 'Z:\usr\src\packages\BUILD\dlls\msvcrt\string.c'.
