thanks for reporting

running wine 5.0 is a fairly old version (2 years ago)

first failure in attachment is missing kernelbase.InitializeContext which is
implemented in current Wine tree (7.xxx)

would recommend retesting on newer version (are you using wine or
wine-developement package?)
