That would be vkd3d-1.3, which I notice is missing from the list of versions.

This is an issue with the copy of vkd3d bundled with Wine though; upstream
vkd3d builds with "-std=c99". I think we should be able to just add that to the
Makefile for the bundled version as well, but perhaps there are reasons to
avoid it.
