Steps to reproduce:

1) Download the application:
https://www.reveltronics.com/en/products/revelprog-is-serial-memory-programmer-usb#software

2) Install it to a clean prefix

3) Launch the application:

$ WINEPREFIX=~/.revel wine "/home/$USER/.revel/drive_c/Program Files
(x86)/REVELTRONICS/REVELPROG-IS/REVELPROG_IS.exe"

4) Application crashes on unimplemented function winusb.dll.WinUsb_Free
