Hey. Hey,
I found this thread after I also tried to run Lightwave 2015.3 under Wine.
So I tried installing Wine Development 7.8 and reinstalling LW 2015.3. Yet the
license file is still ignored.
I also wanted to try Lightwave 2019.1.5 for which I have a valid license.
Unfortunately that one doesn't even install under Wine. The installation
progress gets stuck at about 95% and doesn't go any further.
Is it possible that the correct application of the Lightwave license is only
possible under Wine version 7.1 ? And it doesn't work for me that I'm using a
higher version ?
