[Bug 53002] Wondershare Uniconverter 13 not working

Googled WINEDEBUG=font and immediately realised I was out of my depth. I don't
see a font channel nor do I know where the problem occurs in the program. This
is for developers not end users. If you can tell me the commands I will do it. 

I checked and the company that produces the program is HQed in Japan. I was/am
unaware of the locale requirement or registry entries. I have no idea how to
change my locale in wine or that it was even possible. I have never used a
program where the country of origin of the program was ever an issue.
