[Bug 53022] Hitomi downloader fails to start with "Failed to create temporary directory"

Looks like it cannot load QtWebEngineCore. 

GRRRRR, Spent 20 minutes to scroll through debuglog and then found this:

Just exporting RaiseFailFastException makes the application start. Really time
for to add a stub for this one, would have saved some time...
