I`ve changed the downloadlink

For the program from old downloadlink:

It is really the same as  https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=49334

(I quickly checked (Not recommended!!) by hack: replacing the string S-1-3-4
with S-1-0-0 in the executable:

sed
's/\x53\x00\x2D\x00\x31\x00\x2D\x00\x33\x00\x2D\x00\x34\x00/\x53\x00\x2D\x00\x31\x00\x2D\x00\x31\x00\x2D\x00\x30\x00/g'
hitomi_downloader_GUI.exe >hacked_hitomi.exe

It then runs into this very same bug)
