Take a note at the crash log: 0024:err:module:import_dll Library mfc140.dll
(which is needed by L"C:\\Program
Files\\PerkinElmerInformatics\\ChemOffice2021\\Common\\Extensions\\Online\\Online21.dll")
not found

Could you install that with winetricks and see if it changes things?
