[Bug 47747] DMM Game Player crashes on startup

I retested with DMMGamePlayer-Setup-5.1.4. First it didn't work (just hangs,
nothing happens). Then I compiled from source, and it worked. And afterwards,
even with clean WINEPREFIX, it works even with normal wine. That's a mess.

Then I get a "JavaScript error", EPIPE.

I tried powershell from
https://github.com/PowerShell/PowerShell/releases/tag/v6.0.0, but it didn't
really help.
We also have a 0374:fixme:netstat:wmain Unknown option: L"-r"

And what currently probably breaks it is
"[208:0526/064421.589:ERROR:gpu_process_host.cc(973)] GPU process launch
failed: error_code=49"
No idea why that is though.
