In Wine 7.9 the Peer exits silently.

In Wine 7.0 it still works.

But... I should have realised that the bug is only visible when the UI updates.
As the servers are all shut down, the UI never updates because nothing ever
happens.

So unless I can figure out how to make something happen.... abandoned.
