Thanks for the comments!
The error message appears even in a completely fresh installed wine 7.9.
The apps however work. The appearance is now more Windows like since I changed
to "no theme" in winecfg desktop integration.
There seems to be something wrong with this ndis.sys where I have no clue
about...
