	Christian Costa <titan.costa at wanadoo.fr>
	Allocate necessary dsound buffers for standard audio paths and enable
	retrieval of their interfaces via GetObjectInPath.
	Fix and clean dsound and dmusics objects allocation when initializing
	the performance object.
	Some stubs improvements.
