	Marcus Meissner <marcus at jet.franken.de>
	OleCreateFontIndirect(NULL,...) uses the OLE StdFont.
	Added testcase for OleCreateFontIndirect(NULL).
	Added VT_NULL -> VT_BOOL variant converter.
