tests: Clear RTV outside pipeline statistics query.

On RADV additional vertices generated by clears are also counted.

The Vulkan spec allows this behavior:

"Rendering operations such as clears, MSAA resolves, attachment
load/store operations, and blits may count towards the results of
queries."
