Decision process on possible switch to LGPL

it's like freshmeat - the use one catagory to define 'other' licences:
Other/Proprietory.

Before they will approve a account creation request, they first look at
the license.. it must still be open-source. Proprietory in SourceForge
terms doesn't mean closed-source :)
