small named pipe patch

Hi Ove,

funny that, i had the same problems with install shield and thought
about the same solution... but i don't know enough about COM to make
it work.

i'll have a go at implementing WaitForNamedPipe... it'd be great to
have an interprocess COM implementation :-)
