A maker of fuzzy dice obviously can't bundle the car due to its 
price. But WINE doesn't cost anything, so the maker of enhancements 
for WINE can include WINE and do the integration in advance to make
things easier for the user. This is a good thing, not a bad
one. Both the vendor and the user benefit.
